Slow, Strong Flow (1/2)
A slower pace to allow yourself to not feel rushed during a time of healing while building strength and finding a balance with flexibility.
Yin / Flow
We begin with Yin and merge with Yang, spend some time there and move back to Yin to close. A great class to be present in both energies and explore your body/mind on a deeper level through self reflection. Yin can bring up challenges that arise in discomfort and inflexibility. Yang yoga can do so in lack of strength, stability and balance on a deeper level by slowing down and allowing self inquiry.
Morning Flow (1)
A great class to start your weekend. A level 1 flow moving carefully in and out of postures while focusing on breath and alignment to enhance energy and insight.
