A slower pace to allow yourself to not feel rushed during a time of healing while building strength and finding a balance with flexibility.

A 5-week series to enhance your skills to a sustainable, rich, prana enhanced practice. We will explore the anatomy and the energetic spirals and loops of the body that support the subtle body with different sequences for each of the Chakras. This is offered through ZOOM. Pre-registration is required for all workshops and series.

Sliding scale $30-$40

These workshops are open to small groups of 5. Mats are 8 feet apart and mask are worn for the majority of the time. All COVID requirements will be met.
It’s important to feel safe so our nervous system is inspired to go in to rest and relax and out of fight or flight.

Couples Massage and Stretching


Learn some skills to help relax your friends and family with massage and gentle stretching. These workshops are open to 3 partner groups that will be 8/10 feet apart and all COVID requirements will be met.
