Most of the population do not utilize their primary muscles for breathing which causes secondary muscles to overwork and create unnecessary tension in neck and shoulder. Breathing is generally very short, shallow, just enough to keep the pump pumping.
This informative workshop will provide anatomy of breath and different exercises to breath correctly for more energy and vitality while learning techniques to calm and restore.
