Self-Care Retreat (DATE CHANGE)

You are important and essential! What have you done for you lately? Self-Care is essential for our well- being. It’s about self- preservation, not overindulgence. I have been doing and teaching techniques for more than 17 years to help inspire you to invest more time in your personal health. Daily, short routines that are accessible and simple changes in diet can make us happier and more resilient. This workshop will be so nurturing you will want to hit the repeat button.

There are a couple of props you will want to invest in for the workshop and future self-care. You will want:

Massage ball (can be a lacrosse ball) strap or belt, bolster or a couple of firm pillows, blocks, journal, Essential oil of choice, a flower or flowers, incense or Palo Santo if you want.

The workshop includes a gentle yoga practice, self-massage, pranayama, nutrition discussion, self -love meditation and more…..
